My Yoga Teacher Training Journey: Week 2

If one week was all about finding my comfort zone, week two was about busting through it. I am feeling so much more comfortable in the classroom setting, inviting the mistakes in and breathing through the discomfort. This week we did our first Round Robin, learned about the history of yoga and the 8 Principles, and finally mastered our "AUM," but my favorite breakthrough moment came at the very end of Week 2.
